Nassau, Bahamas - Fresh off their recent success at the Orange Bowl
Regatta in Florida late last year, the Bahamas Sailing Association's
junior sailors have been continuing to fine-tune their skills by
competing both locally and abroad. Eight of these youngsters travelled
to Florida again at the end of January to compete in the Boomerang
Regatta hosted by the Fort Lauderdale Yacht Club. Spencer Cartwright
placed first in the Optimist Division, and Paul de Souza finished 7th
out of 28 in the very competitive Laser Radial Fleet.

The months
ahead promise to be busy ones for the BSA junior sailors. They were
