After more than five years with Isle of Capri Casino at Our Lucaya, Estell Miller was promoted to the position of Sous Chef on Sunday at the weekly Sunday Brunch Buffet held at the Cove Restaurant on the property in Freeport, Grand Bahama. Mrs Miller was surprised by the announcement made before the packed restaurant of Sunday afternoon patrons, including some of her family members.

Mrs Miller has worked in almost every position in the kitchen at Isle of Capri Casino, most recently as a Line Chef. "Her solid commitment, loyalty and determination to meet every challenge presented to her justified the hard-earned promotion," said Food & Beverage Manager William Martinborough as he congratulated Estell on her new appointment and thanked her for her many years of service.
