Dear Editor,

We in the FNM are proud of what Hubert Ingraham has done for our party and for our country. It is unfortunate that a second-rate talk show host like Ortland Bodie feels that in order to "big up" his newly found sponsor, Hubert Minnis, that he has to bring down our great former leader, Ingraham.
FNMs and some PLPs and most DNAs respect and appreciate what Ingraham has done for this country. The Bahamas has benefited from Ingraham and his Free National Movement (FNM) team.
Persons like Sir Orville Turnquest, Sir William Allen, Frank Watson, Janet Bostwick, Italia Johnson, Theresa Moxey Ingraham, Edmund Moxey, C. A. Smith and Maurice Moore, to name a few, all served with Ingraham to make this lovely paradise a better place to live.
We are also proud of how Ingraham exposed and gave opportunities to serve to FNMs like Tommy Turnquest, Neko Grant, Dion Foulkes, Zhivargo Laing, Darron Cash, John Bostwick, Dr. Duane Sands, Monique Gomez and many others.
The next time Ortland Bodie attempts to downplay the great significance of our former leader Hubert Alexander Ingraham, he should consider all of the above.
