MEMBERS of the Antique Auto Club of the Bahamas have donated half of the proceeds of its 2010 Antique Auto Show to the Bahamas Association for the Physically Disabled (BAPD).

The Club has been organising annual antique auto shows since 1988 for several reasons.

Firstly, it provides a friendly competition among the club members as well as other owners of antique and special interest vehicles and at the same time provides a unique form of leisurely entertainment for residents and tourists alike, the club said. Secondly, it provides a venue for giving something back to the community, to raise funds for worthy causes.
