Peter Turnquest - Free National Movement

Peter Turnquest is an active member of the Bahamas Trade Commission and its subcommittee on Technical Barriers to Trade. He has served as the Grand Bahama representative on the governing council of The Bahamas Institute of Chartered Accountants; a past president of the Rotary Club of Lucaya; Substitute District Grand Master of The District Grand Lodge of The Bahamas; Past Master of Lodge at St. Andrew and Ernest Sydney Larkin Lodge, Scottish and English Lodges respectively; past president of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Iota Epsilon Lambda Chapter, Nassau; past treasurer of the Men of the Church of the Ascension Anglican Church.


Tanisha Tynes PLP Progressive Liberal Party


Ms. Tynes is currently an Associate Attorney at Tynes & Tynes. She has also worked at Caribbean Electronics Distributors and the Y.M.C.A. As the Member of Parliament for Central Grand Bahama Ms. Tynes plans to launch Community Cleanup Campaigns, Health Clinics and Programs that promote healthy lifestyles. She also plans to host forums that are geared toward Self Development and Empowerment.


Ferline Bridgewater-Thomas DNA Democratic National Alliance



Ferline holds a Bachelor of Law Degree LLB (HONS) from The University of Buckingham, UK as well as a Post Graduate Degree in Legal Practice (LPC) from Oxford Institute of Legal Practice/Oxford University, UK. She also obtained a Business Degree from the College of The Bahamas and is a graduate of the then Freeport Anglican High School. Ferline is a member of the Honourable Society of Lincoln’s Inn and the Law Society of England and Wales.
