The Council For Concerned Bahamians Abroad (CBA) has partnered with The Hannaian Investment Research & Publishing Group (HIRPG) to provide investment opportunities and training for CBAs, pertinent to investments and projects related to the development of the Bahamas.

The Hannaian Investment Research & Publishing Group is a privately held organization with affiliates throughout the United States. HIRPG has emphasized self controlled and directed trading, and investment research and training for the past fifteen (15) years.

The Group has developed proprietary trading and investment tools and strategies for private and publicly traded investments.

The Council recently held an investment workshop co-sponsored by CBA's Bring It Home Initiatives (BIHI) in Investments & Financial Services, Business & Industry, and Education. The workshop focused on basic self controlled and directed trading and investment tools and strategies. The workshop also discussed the details of several Bahamian related investment opportunities, including the Oil Exploration project in the Bahamas.

The Investment Group has established a trading and investment research portal on the CBA online hub at www.ourbahamas.org to facilitate CBAs in their trading and investment research and activities. The portal provides detailed training guides and investment details for both the novice and experienced trader and investor. It is particularly focused on investments in companies and securities rich in Intellectual Properties, Innovations, and Academic & International Technology Transfer.

Currently, Bahamians domiciled within the Bahamas face significant restrictions in investing abroad, resulting in severe limitations in the wealth building activities typically available to citizens of most developed nations. CBA has previously called for the lifting of these investment restrictions and the implementation of a Capital Market Driven Economy (CMDE) for the Bahamas.

Registration in the HIRPG Investment Research Portal at www.ourbahamas.org is available for both CBAs and Bahamians domiciled in the Bahamas.
