BLSI-_1_.jpg August 30, 2010 -  NASSAU, Bahamas:  Customers at Superwash on Prince Charles Drive can now go online while they do their washing. With their machine tokens, customers will get a receipt that includes a username and password that's good for two hours. From their browser window (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari) users enter their username and password for two hours of web surfing. Plus customers don't need a password to browse the BahamasLocal.com website, where they can find movie times, the latest news and search thousands of business entries. A study by In-Stat, a leading Technology Intelligence organization, estimated that global hotspot usage increased by 47 per cent in 2009 bringing the total worldwide hotspot venues to 245,000 locations (http://www.instat.com/newmk.asp?ID=2663). This increase is expected to continue through the end of 2010 and beyond.
