The registration numbers are climbing every day and donations are rolling in.

Ride for Hope is happy to see corporate teams being formed, and is looking forward to seeing their cool teamkits on the course.

With less than 75 days until the event, it is time to break out the bicycles and start training!

Ride for Hope has put together a Training Schedule for beginner and intermediate cyclists. It is important for riders to train in order to have a fun, safe, and comfortable ride. Riders should be sure to include hills in training sessions as Eleuthera is known for its hills.

Participants from Nassau are encouraged to join JAR Cycling in its weekend group rides.
