COCAINE WORTH 60,000 SEIZED AT AIRPORT

POLICE seized $60,000 worth of cocaine during a search at the Lynden Pindling International Airport yesterday.

Drug Enforcement Unit officers arrested a 28-year-old man after he was found in possession of four kilos of cocaine shortly before 1pm.

The man, a resident of Sir Lynden Pindling Estates, had just got off a plane from Great Inagua, according to police, and was noticed acting suspiciously.

Investigations are continuing.
