A 17 year old juvenile male is in police custody, after he was found in
possession of a shotgun and shotgun shells.Initial police reports
indicate that shortly before 10:00 pm on Wednesday 18th January, 2012
officers of the Southern Division were on routine patrol on Thompson
Lane off East Street, when they observed the teen discharging the
weapon.

It is
reported that the teen on seeing the officers ran. The officers gave
chase and subsequently arrested the Fritz Lane resident. Active police
investigations continue.
