A GENEROUS GIFT FOR THE NEW YEAR

Pastors Eddie & Margo Victor along with the Congregation of Living Water Assembly received a generous gift for the New Year. An anonymous donor gave the ministry a new 2012 Toyota Hiace 16 Passenger Bus. Pastor Eddie Victor states ‘that the anonymous donor is a person who loves the ministry of Living Water and wanted to help the ministry in a tangible way by giving us a needed brand new bus. This vehicle will be use for the transportation of persons attending church, youth ministries and outreaches’. The church prior to this gift owns a used bus that is 20 years old and due to age has increasingly cost more to maintain and operate. The 2012 Toyota Hiace bus was purchased from Quality Auto Sales, a company that has sold to the Assemblies of God several top quality buses over the years.

Pastor Margo Victor stated “church members across Grand Bahama should seek ways to assist their churches in purchasing necessary ministry tools such as buses. With the global recession the finances of churches have been affected, but the demand for ministry to our community have increased. This gift that we have received is a wonderful example of a person who loves God and wanted to help the work of our ministry in a significant way. I would courage others in Grand Bahama to help your Pastor and your Church to advance the work of the Kingdom of God in this kind of way.”

Living Water Assembly is a ministry that continues to reach-out to the community of Grand Bahama especially through Youth Ministry on Friday at 7:30 pm, Sunday School every Sunday at 10 am and Children Church which runs concurrent with the worship service at 11 am every Sunday. Also, a Bible Club has been established in Walter Parker Primary which meets every Thursday at 3:15 pm. The Church is located on Chesapeake Drive and Comet near the Lucayan International School.
