Red and green apples, creamy blue cheese crumbles, sweet cranberries and roasted pecans, a warm, grilled chicken fillet and mixed greens--that's the kind of salad you'd find at my house, but at Wendy's--hmmm!Who would have thought?Well, Wendy's sure showed me!
Actually, prior to last week, Iâ wouldn't have been caught pulling up to Wendy's to order a salad because what was offered Iâ found absolutely boring, and the kicker--the salads were so cold, you usually had to purchase them at least three hours in advance to get them to room temperature so that they would be edible.
