NASSAU, Bahamas -- Forty of the world's most valuable classic race cars took a spin around the island of New Providence Thursday as onlookers throughout New Providence took to the streets, listening for the sound of powerful engines and ogling the gleaming high-octane assets.
 
Several local entries are among those competing in the main events Saturday and Sunday.
