Annual Bernie Butler BASRA Swim Marathon and Beach
Party now in its 40th year! Each summer the Bahamas Air Sea Rescue Association seeks to raise
funds for their vital services which benefit the community. Come on down,

Saturday, August 21st to
Coral Beach, just off Royal Palm Way near Coral Road.

A

pre-swim race meeting will be held at the Coral Beach on

Friday at 6pm and all swimmers must be present and complete registration forms (see attached). 

Events take place
all day with racing starting at 10am and the party commencing at 12 noon with the awards ceremony at 3pm.

The Swim Marathon is two miles long and encourages fitness
enthusiasts of all ages and skill levels to come out and swim from Our
Lucaya to Coral Beach. The kids get involved with a one mile and mile
