Prime Minister and Minister of Finance the Hon. Philip Davis and delegation arrived in Cat Island today for the Cat Island Rake and Scrape Festival & Icon Signage Unveiling Ceremony.
He was greeted upon arrival by Deputy Prime Minister Chester Cooper (who arrived earlier) at Arthur's Town Airport.
