Despite failing to fulfill the terms of an agreed-upon contract, 8ght LLC has continued to falsely represent itself as the owner and developer of the Sky Beach Resort & Spa property in Eleuthera. Sterling has issued multiple formal cease and desist notices to Craig Williamson and 8ght LLC, directing them to stop promoting the sale of the Sky Beach Resort & Spa property or claiming any ownership rights.

Sterling wishes to make clear that it has no affiliation with these ongoing representations by 8ght LLC or its agents. 8ght LLC has not been authorized by the Bahamas Real Estate Association (BREA) or the Bahamas Government to own, manage, sell, or develop the property.

Additionally, Sterling clarifies that the website https://skybeachresort.info is not the official website of Sky Beach Resort & Spa and has no affiliation with Sterling Global Financial.
