NEMA receives funding towards Hurricane Irene relief efforts

(Photo/Tim Aylen)NASSAU, The Bahamas - The Lyford Cay Foundation and the Lyford Cay Club donated a total of $10,000 to the National Emergency Management Agency, towards the Hurricane Irene relief efforts.
The presentation was made to Captain Stephen Russell, Director of NEMA, on September 9, 2011 at the Churchill Building.
Captain Russell thanked the organizations for the donation, stating that the funds would be put to good use, by getting materials to those areas impacted by the storm.
