Nassau, Bahamas - "The sailing competition was extremely tough in Puerto Rico" explains

The best sailors from sixteen Caribbean and Central American countries
gathered there to compete which is a record of participation to the CAC
Games never reached before in the sport of sailing.

"The wind conditions have had some very big shifts and the wind has
tended to drop out every day that we have raced." says Donico Brown who
sailed the Laser.
