Minister for Grand Bahama (MFGB), the Hon. Ginger Moxey; MFGB Permanent Secretary Melvin Seymour and other Government officials were on hand on Friday, September 30, 2022 to greet Governor General, His Excellency the Most Hon. Sir Cornelius A. Smith as he deplaned a Bahamasair flight into Freeport that morning.

The Governor General and his wife, Lady Smith, spent the weekend on-island at the Grand Lucayan Resort.
