The National Training Agency (NTA) held a graduation ceremony for Cohort 19 Thursday, July 28, 2022 at its vocational activities and convention centre, Gladstone Road.  Held under the theme “Investing in You,” the ceremony was addressed by former Minister of Labour, D. Shane Gibson.
Mr. Gibson told the graduates whatever your job, always be the best and work the hardest at it, because your attitude determines your altitude.
The NTA, which is mandated to provide training skills to young Bahamians, announced that 21 of its graduates were employed upon completion of its four-week soft skills and 10-week practical skills training.  Graduates received certificates and pins.
Graduates, who trained in the fields of housekeeping, office procedure, customer service and food and beverage, also received international certification upon graduating.
