December marks the official start of the holiday season and the Caribbean Bottling Company (Bahamas) Ltd. is spreading some holiday cheer by giving away weekly prizes. The company will also continue its ongoing community outreach efforts, which have included over $300,000 in beverages to local outreach groups, charities, and food banks since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic.

CBC welcomes customers to submit their entries digitally for the chance to win Samsung S20 smartphones, gift certificates up to $1000, prizes from Kelly’s, Super Value, John Bull, Caribbean Wines & Spirits, the Bahamas Power and Light Company and more. Eligible customers simply need to send proof of purchase via a photo of their receipt to the Caribbean Bottling Company WhatsApp number (242-814-0372), along with their name and number to enter.

CBC’s ongoing community efforts will also continue this Christmas. Since March of last year, Bahamians around the entire country have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. And, as the nation continues to grapple with the virus, the Caribbean Bottling Company has remained committed to supporting communities and providing assistance to a number of relief groups. To date, CBC has donated over $300,000 in beverages to charitable organizations, food distribution centers, and outreach programs, and remains committed to providing additional support in the future. The company will also partner with a number of local groups, including the Salvation Army of The Bahamas, the Old Bight Mission Home, Freedom Kids, and the Cable Bahamas Group of companies, for a series of holiday-centric community initiatives.

“We love Christmas at CBC! And, we also understand that it is not only important to give back to our customers, but also to support and uplift the communities that we serve. ” noted Nikia Wells, CBC Communications Marketing Manager. “These past two years have been challenging, to say the least, so we considered it paramount to spread a bit of holiday cheer with our Coca-Cola Christmas promotion, and to continue our ongoing community outreach efforts. We are proud to support groups like Hands for Hunger, the Red Cross, Salvation Army, Lend a Hand Bahamas, and Great Commission, just to name a few, all year round. And, this Christmas we are just adding a bit more to our existing efforts.”
