How to Shop with BTC

In-Store Experience
All retail stores will be open during the holidays however, adjustments will be made if there are changes to the Emergency Orders. We are continuing to exercise all safety precautions with our customers and team members in mind. Customers are reminded to wear a face mask. All customers will be required to have their temperature checked and to sanitize their hands before entering the retail stores. Social distancing markers are placed throughout the store and there will be a limited number of customers in store at a time. Store hours will vary by location.

At-Home Experience
BTC Virtual Stores will be open from 8am – 8pm, Monday through Saturday. Customers can purchase devices, sign up for mobile and fixed plans, pay bills, top-up and take advantage of the Blue Friday offers, all from the comfort of their homes. Concierge and curbside services will be available for delivery or pick-up options nationwide.
