Ross University School of Medicine Expands Affiliation with Premier U.S. Teaching Hospitals

New partnerships with
Norwegian American Hospital in Chicago and St. Joseph Mercy Hospital
Oakland (SJMO) in Pontiac, Mich., are two recent and notable
achievements for Ross University School of Medicine. Each new hospital
affiliation will provide Ross medical students the opportunity to
receive clinical instruction in key core disciplines at a single
hospital: family medicine, internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology,
pediatrics, psychiatry and surgery. Adding these prestigious
institutions to the school's roster of U.S. hospitals is one of many
milestones for developing the clinical sciences program articulated by
the medical school's new dean, Joseph Flaherty, MD.
