Bahamian Nationals and Residents to Return to The Bahamas from Cuba on 10 June 2020

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in its role as the government coordinating agency facilitating the return of Bahamian nationals and residents, is pleased to advise the general public that some nineteen (19) Bahamian nationals and residents who were stranded in Cuba are set to return to The Bahamas, via Bahamasair, on 10 June 2020.

As the Cuban border is still closed, the Government of The Bahamas wishes to express its appreciation to the Government of Cuba for permitting this relief flight access to allow these nationals and residents to return home.

The Ministry will continue to advise members of the public if additional flights are organized.
