The holiday season has come to a close, but the Caribbean Bottling Company and Coca-Cola are still in the giving spirit! During the month of December, Esso Service Stations around New Providence created original Coca-Cola themed Christmas displays for the chance to win cash prizes and bragging rights.
Each location showcased a great deal of originality and creativity, but Esso Faith Avenue’s unique Coca-Cola boat display won top honors and $1000. Esso East Street & Solder Road came in a close second for their festive Coca-Cola House display, and won $500.
“We were absolutely blown away by this year’s amazing displays” said Nikia Wells, CBC Communications Marketing Manager. “Each year, the stores come up with their completely original ideas, and then design and build them. We never know what they will come up with, so it is always a pleasant surprise when we see their festive creations. Every single location that participated did an amazing job, and choosing a winner has extremely difficult.”
Shadeice Sinclair and Devano Simms, who both helped to design & create the winning Esso Faith Avenue display, could not contain their excitement when they found out that the store had won. They both remarked how excited they were by the win.
Vasco Bastian & April Andrews, of Esso East Street & Soldier Road, noted that they enjoy the friendly rivalry with their fellow Esso locations, and noted that they are coming for the win in 2020!
