Israeli Government Donates Water Purification Equipment to Grand Bahama...

Nadav Goren, Political Counselor at the Embassy of Israel, presents Senator Kay Smith, NEMA (National Emergency Management Agency) Grand Bahama coordinator, with a container of drinking water at the handover ceremony of the Israeli Water Assistance Mission to The Bahamas' project, Sunday, October 6, 2019 at the C.A. Smith headquarters in Freeport, Grand Bahama. The Israeli Government, in partnership with NEMA, is donating water purification equipment to be set up in Grand Bahama to provide residents with potable drinking water after the passing of CAT 5 Hurricane Dorian, which contaminated the island's water table.
