The National Insurance Board is pleased to announce the restoration of services in Grand Bahama. The NIB office located in Eight Mile Rock Office is now fully functional, and the office located in Freeport is partially functional in order to: issue benefit payment cheques, perform verifications, receive claim applications and contribution payments.

As an added convenience, NIB is stationed in the Emergency Operations Centre (EOC) in the CA Smith building to allow customers to submit benefit claims and conduct verifications.
