Visit of the UN Secretary General to the Island of Abaco

The Secretary General of the United Nations Antonio Guterres visited The Bahamas, arriving Friday, September 13, uring which he had meetings with Prime Minister the Most Hon. Dr. Hubert Minnis, participated in a press conference, and visited the island of Abaco where he saw first-hand the devastation by Hurricane Dorian. Photos show his visit to Abaco.

 

Upon arrival in Abaco, UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres is greeted by officials led by Jack Thompson, Permanent Secretary.
