'CHILDREN OF GOD' HITS THE BIG APPLE

They say if you can make it there, you can make it anywhere. After a long festival season following their premiere at The Bahamas Film Festival in December 2009, the award-winning Bahamian film “Children of God” had its theatrical release last Friday, May 20th in New York, New York.
The event is a big triumph for our underrepresented film scene internationally, says Kareem Mortimer, the writer and director of the film.
