Japan Donates Emergency Relief Goods for Victims of Hurricane Dorian

The Government and People of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas received Emergency Relief Goods from the Government and People of Japan for the victims of Hurricane Dorian, which devastated the northern islands of Grand Bahama and Abaco. The handover ceremony took place at the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) on Gladstone Road on Tuesday morning, September 10, 2019. Pictured with some of the relief supplies are Mr. Kazuki Otsuka, Senior Representative of the Japan International Cooperation Agency, JICA Dominican Republic and Captain Stephen Russell, Director, NEMA.
