Man accused of Govt House murder returns to court in Nov.

A marine accused of murdering a superior officer and of the attempted murders of two other marines at Government House next appears in court on November 21.

On that date, Justice Bernard Turner will set a trial date for Jevon Seymour.

The 35-year-old was arraigned for the April 28 murder of Royal Bahamas Defence Force (RBDF) Petty Officer Percival Perpall and the attempted murders of Calvin Hanna and Ellis Rahming, when he appeared before Justice Carolita Bethel on August 16.
