The Department of Marine Resources officially opened a Shark Symposium, Monday, July 29, 2019. Major international experts are presenting on topics relative to shark species and their handling during the two-day event being held at The Island House, Lyford Cay.

The Hon. Michael Pintard, Minister of Agriculture and Marine Resources, welcomed attendees at the Symposium. Photos show scenes from the official opening ceremony.
