Funeral service for Owen Lloyd Francis, 69 yrs., a resident of Blue Hill Heights & formerly of Spanish Town, Jamaica, will be held at Hillview Seventh-day Adventist Church, Tonique Williams Darling Highway, on Sunday, July 14, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. Officiating will be Dr. Michael Toote & Pastor Paul A. Scavella, assisted by other Ministers of the Gospel. Interment follows in Western Cemetery, Nassau Street.
