Bahamian professional lightweight boxer Lester Brown Jr. did not get the result he wanted over the weekend as he lost in a split decision to Mexico’s Abel Aparicio at the Cameron Center in Laurel, Mississippi, USA.

The eight-round fight took place on Saturday night, with the American Boxing Federation’s (ABF) USA Mid American Super Featherweight title on the line.
