A STORY that appeared in The Tribune two weeks ago titled "Fundraiser For Bereaved Girl With Skin Disorder, would kindle a wave of sadness and a deep sense of empathy for eight year old Rayvn Deveaux.

At eight years old, how does one cope with having a serious skin disorder, being unable to see, and dealing with the death of your mother? Well, as unfortunate as her circumstance is, Rayvn copes by turning up the volume to a Justin Beiber single, repeating the lyrics verbatim, getting on the floor and doing the splits.
