That stands for 80% nutrition and 20% fitness which equals to a 100% healthier lifestyle. A lot of what we eat contributes to how our body look and function. Many believe that working out more and eating less is the way but that’s incorrect. Depending on the body you want you will have to eat the proper nutrients that will supply what the body needs for the body you want.

Here’s an example of what someone who work out more but not consuming the right things the right way can happen.

 

As you can see this guy is over 300 pounds but can cover 120 feet in less than 5 seconds. But how can he do that??? This is a result of a lot of strength and conditioning workouts that’s why he’s in good fitness shape for a man his size. That the 20% percent. However if you want a body like this.

 

This is why the nutrition side is 80%. Its take a lot more than working out to get a body like one of those. It takes eating the right foods, consuming the right supplements, eat at the right time, Yes I said eating at the right times along with the 20% percent to get that summer body right and tight for the heat and the beach.
