Making fast food of Healthy Home Cooking

Fast food may slow down weight loss. Loaded with bad fats, high calories and very little nutrition value, fast food is counterproductive to people trying to lose weight.

Thanks to an information session held at The College of the Bahamas' Culinary and Hospitality Management Institute (CHMI), the National Insurance Board's Get Well Bahamas Challengers now have a strategy to ensure that they consume nutritious meals.

This "Healthy Cooking" session was conducted by Janette Martin-Isaacs, founder of Jemi Health & Wellness and Addimae Rolle-Farrington, CHMI Head Chef.
