The Bahamas Telecommunications Company (BTC) is calling claims recently made by Cable Bahamas Limited (CBL), which accuse BTC of delaying CBL’s connection to BTC’s fixed line network, “unfair accusations”.
“It is sadly ironic that CBL would accuse BTC of ’anti-competitive delaying tactics’ when they are the ones who do not show up for meetings,” said a statement from BTC released yesterday. BTC claims in fact that it had done everything in its power to negotiate in good faith.
