The Bahamas Property Fund Limited has announced that the real estate management, real estate advisory and leasing services for the fund have been insourced, with effect from January 1, 2019. It was noted that these services had previously been provided by Morley Realty Limited.

“The insourcing of these various functions will ensure that the fund’s staff are dedicated to providing all of the necessary services for the fund’s buildings, including the leasing of vacant space in two of the buildings,” said Michael Anderson, chairman of the fund.

He noted further that these changes would enable the fund to focus on creating superior tenant experiences, adding additional amenities to its buildings and reducing tenant occupancy costs.
