General Situation: A stationary front extends across the Southeast Bahamas and will slowly lift northwards while dissipating. High pressure covers the remainder of the islands. Another cold front will move off of Florida and across the Northwest Bahamas Wednesday. Strong high pressure will build behind the front and push it through the islands through Friday. Breezy conditions will follow into the weekend.

Tuesday 20th – Partly sunny to partly cloudy and warm with few scattered showers mainly over the Central Bahamas during the day. Mainly fair at night with a spotty shower or two possible. Maximum temperature 87°F and minimum temperature 73°F. Winds NE to E at 10 to 15 knots in the NW and Central Bahamas and E to SE at 10 to 15 knots in the SE Bahamas. Seas 2 to 4 feet over the ocean.

Wednesday 21st – Partly sunny and warm with a few scattered showers during the day. Fair and mild at night with an isolated shower or two possible. Maximum temperature 88°F and minimum temperature 74°F. Winds NE to E at 10 to 15 knots falling light and variable at times. Seas 2 to 4 feet over the ocean.

Thursday 22nd – Mix of sun and clouds and breezy with the chance of a few isolated showers mainly across the NW Bahamas, partly and warm over the remainder of the islands during the day. Partly cloudy and mild with isolated showers possible at night. Maximum temperature 87°F and minimum temperature 73°F. Winds N to NE at 15 knots in the NW Bahamas and NE to E at 10 to 15 knots in the Central and SE Bahamas. Seas 3 to 5 feet over the ocean in the NW Bahamas and 2 to 4 feet in the Central and SE Bahamas.

Friday 23rd– Mix of sun and clouds and breezy with a few showers possible across the NW and Central Bahamas…partly sunny across the SE Bahamas during the day. Partly cloudy at night with isolated showers possible. Maximum temperature 85°F and minimum temperature 72°F. Winds NE to E at 15 to 20 knots and gusty at times in the NW and Central Bahamas and Variable at 10 knots in the SE Bahamas. Seas 4 to 7 feet over the ocean and higher in gusts in the NW and Central Bahamas and 1 to 3 feet in the SE Bahamas.

Saturday 24th – Partly sunny and humid with isolated showers possible during the day. Partly cloudy with few lingering showers at night. Maximum temperature 86°F and minimum temperature 73°F. Winds S to SW at 15 knots in the NW Bahamas and SE to S at 10 knots in the Central and SE Bahamas. Seas 3 to 5 feet over the ocean in the NW Bahamas and 1 to 3 feet in the Central and SE Bahamas.

Sunday 25th – Partly sunny and warm with the chance of a few showers in the NW Bahamas to partly sunny with isolated showers in the Central and SE Bahamas. Mainly fair with few lingering showers at night. Maximum temperature 87°F and minimum temperature 73°F. Winds SW to W at 10 to 15 knots in the NW Bahamas and Variable at 10 knots or less in the Central and SE Bahamas. Seas 2 to 4 feet over the ocean in the NW Bahamas and 1 to 3 feet in the Central and SE Bahamas.

Beachgoers and mariners should exercise caution due to rough surf and the high risk of rip currents along the northern and eastern shorelines during stated advisories.
