"Bahamian or Nuttin" and "Unreel" Support Walk for the Cure

“Bahamian or Nuttin’ 92.5FM,” the radio station offering authentic Bahamian music all day every day, and media group “Unreel Advertising and Marketing,” have teamed up to support CIBC FirstCaribbean’s seventh annual “Walk for the Cure” – the fundraiser on Saturday October 6 in aid of cancer treatment, patient support, and awareness throughout The Bahamas.

The two companies sponsored and produced a promotional campaign for radio and social media featuring a series of endorsements from cancer survivors.

“Bahamian or Nuttin’s” Eric Ward and “Unreel’s” Carrington Campbell and Charlie Brown recorded the endorsements at the “Walk for the Cure” site, the Goodman’s Bay Corporate Center.

Upbeat “Bahamian or Nuttin’” radio music will be heard throughout the morning of the Walk, and “Unreel” video will capture every camera-worthy minute of the event.

Eric Ward said, “As a ‘tru tru’ Bahamian company playing only Bahamian music, our focus is naturally on supporting our people in whatever way is needed. Helping CIBC raise funds for cancer care in The Bahamas is something we’re happy to do.”

“Walk for the Cure” takes place Saturday October 6 this year at 6:30 am at the Goodman’s Bay Corporate Center in Nassau.

All proceeds from “Walk for the Cure” are donated to cancer awareness and treatment organizations throughout the country. To register for this year’s walk, email Nikia.christie@cibcfcib.com.

“Walk for the Cure” is sponsored by: Bahamas Out Island Promotion Board, Bahamas Power and Light (BPL), BTC, Colina, Doctor’s Hospital, Dolphin Encounters, Graham Thompson, Hilton Hotel, KFC, Lennox Paton, Quality Home Center, The Pointe, Atlantic Medical, Avis, BAF, Baha Mar, Bahamas Waste, Bethel Group of Companies, Bill Simmons Construction, Caribbean Bottling Company, Commonwealth Brewery Limited, Family Medical Centre, Furniture Plus, Geeks for Less, Itel BPO, LOM Offshore, Lyford Cay Club, McKinney Bancroft and Hughes, Milo Butler Distributors, New Oriental Cleaners, POW!, Rubis, Sapodilla, Trash It, Tripoint Communications, Wemco Security and Woslee Construction.
