The public is advised that today the Privy Council allowed an appeal by Stephen Romel “Die” Stubbs, Andrew Davis and Clinton Evans.

The matter was remitted to the Court of Appeal for a re-hearing before a differently constituted panel of Justices of the Court of Appeal.

The Appellants remain in lawful custody at The Bahamas Department of Correctional Services.
