In today’s world of everything digital, half of children ages eight to 12, and two-thirds of teenagers, listen to some form of music or other digital media at least one to two hours every day; even children as young as two years of age can be seen listening to various digital devices.

And, although parents are now purchasing noise-limiting headphones to protect their child’s hearing, unfortunately, many of these devices are not up to the recommended standard and often produce sounds loud enough to cause damage to a child’s hearing within just a few minutes of use.
