Atlantic Medical Fun Run Walk grand prize give away - a brand new 2018 Chevy Spark donated by Atlantic Medical Insurance and its sister companies, Colonial Pensions and Security & General Insurance was won by Ladonna Gardiner!

The Atlantic Medical Annual Fun Run Walk took place this weekend in Nassau and Freeport simultaneously.

Both events were huge successes with proceeds from the events to benefit the Cancer Society of The Bahamas and the Diabetic Association of The Bahamas.

In celebration of the 20th year anniversary in Nassau, this year’s event was held in honor of the late Alan Peacock, CEO of The Colonial Group of Companies, an avid sportsman who also shared a passion for the Atlantic Medical Fun Run Walk.

In Nassau 1200 hundred participants competed for 'bragging rights', trophies and medals. The newly introduced AMI Instagram competition was a hit with the under 18 crew attracting the younger crowd to join in on the healthy lifestyle initiative for a good cause.

Likewise, Freeport's hundreds of participants showed up for the fun event there.
