With a balloon release, BTC officially launched its new “Inspire” program. The new online program which recognizes the accomplishments and achievements of BTC team members.

In addition to the balloon release commemorating this special occasion, BTC also hosted team events at each of its locations nationwide.

The Inspire program is CWC’s Employee Recognition program and employees in all of the CWC businesses in the USA, The Bahamas, Caribbean, Panama and The Seychelles can participate.

Colleagues throughout the CWC subsidiaries throughout the world are able to see the accolades and accomplishments that BTC team members are being recognized for and BTC’s employees can see what nominated colleagues in the other business units are being recognized for.

Senior Vice President for Human Resources said, “The program’s theme aptly sums up its purpose.

Colleagues across the business are encouraged to inspire those that have been an inspiration to others. The unique feature about this program is that team members have the ability to nominate each other for a variety of awards.

We believe this program will allow us to publicly recognize to our employees who go above and beyond on a daily basis to make BTC the great company that it is.

This is one of the steps that we have made to continue to cultivate a culture of recognition.”
