The Ministry of Finance will host a series of seminars and meetings on its Public Financial Management and Performance Monitoring Reform (PFM/PMR) Project, September 18 to 20, 2017 at the British Colonial Hilton. Participating in the seminars, under the title ‘Strengthening the Delivery of Public Services Using a Centre of Government Approach,’ will be Parliamentarians, Senior Public Servants and civil society.

The Public Financial Management and Performance Monitoring Reform (PFM/PMR) Project is mandated with strengthening the management capacity of the public sector to monitor priority projects and programs more efficiently and effectively. Doing so will save significant public resources by reducing waste and increasing value for money in public spending.

The seminars will focus on the expected outcomes and benefits associated with the application of delivery management models to facilitate evidence-based results and successful project execution.
