As Hurricane Irma continues her path of destruction through the Caribbean residents of New Providence, the capital of The Bahamas, are taking no chances. Although Hurricane Irma at the time of this article is not forecast to impact New Providence directly, the forecast track is too close for comfort leading shoppers to crowd home improvement and grocery stores to stock up on batteries, generators, gas cans and a host of other storm essentials just in case the forecast changes
