SIXTH INSTALLMENT OF REBECCA'S MYSTERY SOUP KITCHEN - The hardworking sisters of Rebecca Chapter No. 4, Order of the Eastern Star, Prince Hall Affiliated, recently delivered their sixth installment of Rebecca's Mystery Soup Kitchen in the Bains and Grants Town area - Mother Butler's Park, Meadow St.

The sisters of Rebecca also gave out slightly used clothing. Their efforts were much appreciated by members of the community who came out in droves to eat the delicious hot soups and souses and also to "shop" for much needed clothes. The sisters, led by Worthy Matron, Sis. Tanya Smith-Cartwright and Associate Matron, Sis. Tia Charlow-Moss, have been conducting the mystery soup kitchens since early last year.

The concept of Rebecca's Mystery Soup Kitchen is to show up unannounced at various locations in the Bain's Town/Grant's Town community and feed (and now clothe) all those in need.

The community now waits with much a baited breath to find out where the sisters will show up next.
