German Barrois upsets No.14 ranked Kvitova

While the top-seeded player in singles got ousted in the first round, the first three seeds in doubles all advanced to the second round in the inaugural Bahamas Open Women's Tennis Tournament.

Day two of the main draw yesterday saw world No.14 ranked player Petra Kvitova of the Czech Republic sent packing 1-6, 7-5, 6-3 by Germany's Kristin Barrois.
