Saying "Yes to Wellness," Minister of Youth, Sports and Culture the Hon. Dr. Daniel signed a promotional Global Wellness Day - I Say Yes! banner on Monday at Pompey Square on behalf of the nation, making The Bahamas the first Caribbean country this year to do so, and joining hundreds of countries throughout the world in saying yes to global wellness.

Global Wellness Day is an international day dedicated to living well physically and spiritually, observed annually on the second Saturday of June. Minister Johnson supports the old but true saying, "the health of the nation is the wealth of the nation."
